Enrollment and Payment
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the program fee.
  • Fees are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation by AILIT or as required by Florida law.
 
Program Access
  • Access to the learning platform is granted upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation.
  • Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with others.
 
Participation and Conduct
  • Students are required to actively participate in all scheduled classes and complete assignments within the program deadlines.
  • Any form of misconduct, including plagiarism, cheating, or inappropriate behavior, may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
 
Privacy Policy
  • Personal information provided during enrollment will only be used for administrative purposes and communication related to the program.
  • AILIT complies with all applicable privacy and data protection laws in the State of Florida and the United States.
 
Certificate Issuance
  • Certificates of completion will be awarded only to students who fulfill all course requirements, including assignments and assessments.
  • AILIT reserves the right to withhold certificates if any outstanding fees remain unpaid.
 
Program Changes
  • AILIT reserves the right to modify the program schedule, curriculum, or instructors if necessary.
  • Enrolled students will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
 
Cancellation and Refunds
  • Students may request a refund within 3 days of enrollment if they have not accessed the learning system or attended any classes, in accordance with Florida’s consumer protection laws.
  • AILIT reserves the right to cancel the program and provide full refunds if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
 
Limitation of Liability
  • AILIT is not responsible for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of its platform or program materials.
  • Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements to access the program (e.g., device compatibility, internet access).
 
Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
 
Acceptance

By enrolling in the program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them fully.
